Our brief was to make the titles and openings of a fictional thriller film. The title of our film is Takeaway.

DIRECTING

When it comes to directing, we split this role up depending on what we were doing in order to utilise our specialities. However, for me, I had a heavy influence of the directing within filming and editing. For the main part, I took control over constructing the perfect shot: from the right angle, height and time. This allowed us to collate lots of quality footage making the editing process relatively easy. 

EDITING

I have contributed into the overall editing process of our production. However, my main role within the editing process took place in planning. For example, I created our storyboard which placed a vital role when creating our film opening. I also had the role of finding suitable music to represent what was happening in shot. 

CAMERAWORK

When it comes to camerawork, I excelled in the shots for the end of our film opening. Identifying good angles to create the menacing and imperil shot desired. This was achieved through the use of spiderwebs, the isolated, anonymous location and the use of costumes.
